Course Description

Acrobat is an introductory, instructor-led Adobe Creative Suite (CS) course designed for individuals who work with Portable Document Format (PDF) documents regularly and want to create, edit, secure, and manage them efficiently. This course is ideal for learners pursuing administrative assistant roles, content development, technical writing, and related careers. It is perfect for anyone who handles digital files and wants to be faster, more organized, and more confident in using PDFs. This hands-on course builds foundational Adobe Acrobat skills used in today’s workplace. This practical course covers:

  • Accessing and navigating PDFs

  • Creating and editing PDFs

  • Reviewing PDFs

  • Converting PDFs to other formats

Through live instruction and hands-on practice, participants will gain Adobe Acrobat PDF skills to enhance productivity, professionalism, and document management.

Recommended Prerequisites

  • Recommended prerequisite: Windows Basics & File Management or equivalent experience.

The facility will be open 30 minutes in advance and classroom access is available 15 minutes in advance of the start time.
