Course Description

Outlook - Level 2 is an advanced, instructor-led Microsoft course designed for individuals who want to enhance their electronic communication skills to stay organized, save time, and work smarter. This course is ideal for learners who rely on Outlook to manage large volumes of emails, meetings, contacts, and tasks. This practical course covers:

  • Customizing Outlook and setting up mail accounts,

  • Adjusting global options, searching and filtering emails, managing spam and creating rules to automate tasks

  • Managing calendars and contacts

  • Tracking tasks, archiving data and sharing or delegating access

Through live instruction and hands-on practice, participants gain advanced Outlook skills that boost Microsoft Office proficiency and enhance career growth in a data-driven world.

Recommended Prerequisite

  • Recommended prerequisite: Outlook - Level 1 or equivalent experience.
