This teacher professional development course will teach you about your students diagnosed with dyslexia by providing you with the definition and challenges of dyslexia you may see in your students and by allowing you to analyze the signs and symptoms of dyslexia in the classroom. You will explore what support for students with dyslexia looks like in the classroom and consider what it looks like when a teacher does not understand it.

You will learn about the AIM Method, a series of strategies used to work with students diagnosed with dyslexia, in your classroom. The course also comes with a downloadable PDF of the content and an AIM Method resource for later reference—empowering you to teach students with dyslexia with confidence.
