Course Description

Everyone has to start somewhere, right? As someone fulfilling an administrative role, you may be asked to manage smaller projects as part of, or in addition to, your regular duties. In this one-day course you’ll explore “big picture” project management and the project management lifecycle. Through this interactive learning experience based on a practical approach to project management, you’ll learn project management principles, kicking off your project, creating a schedule and budget, building the team, communicating and managing stakeholders, analyzing risks, monitoring progress and closing your project. See Course Outline.
