Word - Level 2 is an intermediate, instructor-led Microsoft course designed for individuals who need to create well-organized, professional, and consistently formatted business documents efficiently. This course is ideal for learners pursuing roles such as administrative assistant, office coordinator, and similar positions. It focuses on intermediate Microsoft Word skills relevant to today’s workplace. This practical course covers:

Organizing document content using tables, charts, and structured layouts for enhanced clarity and readability.

Customizing document formatting by utilizing styles, themes, and design tools to ensure consistency.

Inserting reusable content quickly with Quick Parts and building blocks.

Automating document formatting and layout by employing professional templates.

Controlling document flow with page breaks, section breaks, and various layout tools.

Managing and simplifying long documents using navigation, headings, and document organization features.

Using mail merge to efficiently create personalized letters, envelopes, and labels on a large scale.
