Course Description

Planning to manage the financial aspects of your small business quickly and efficiently using QuickBooks Online? Learn how QuickBooks Online handles invoices and payables, finance charges, estimates, collections, inventory management, payroll and a wide range of transactions that can be encountered during regular bookkeeping.

With this online version, you get all the advantages of computing in the cloud, which means that your accounting files will be available to you virtually anytime, anywhere. This course covers creating invoices, accepting payments, tracking expenses, income, mileage and time, then delves into the software's intermediate features, such as paying employees, running reports, tracking product and service items, managing inventory, and customizing sales forms.

In this hands-on, instructor-led course, you will have time to practice using the online application and cement your learning. Having a basic knowledge of bookkeeping concepts and terminology is helpful for this course.
