Pay the $25 fee to maintain and track your progress in the Conflict Management Essentials Fast-Track Certificate. All course fees are specified individually. Please refer to each course. Course challenges and equivalencies are not accepted for Fast-Track Certificates.

When conflict is mismanaged, it can harm relationships. But when handled in a respectful and positive way, conflict provides an opportunity for growth. By learning the skills you need for successful conflict resolution, it opens pathways to creative problem solving, decision making, team building, and improved relationships. In these courses explore how to resolve conflict and disagreements quickly and painlessly, while building mutual trust.

• Dealing with Difficult Behaviours

The program must be completed within one (1) year of initial registration. Extensions will be considered; requests for extension must be submitted in writing to chinookconted@cbe.ab.ca.
