Pay the $25 fee to maintain and track your progress in the Leadership Development Essentials Fast-Track Certificate. All course fees are specified individually. Please refer to each course. Course challenges and equivalencies are not accepted for Fast-Track Certificates.

Strong and effective leadership skills can help you gain the respect and trust of others. Contrary to popular belief, leadership skills can be learned. However, you need to know yourself before you can identify your areas of development. Even if you don't hold a leadership position, this Fast-Track Certificate will teach you how to use the principles of great leaders to achieve success in almost every aspect of your life, especially when facing change.

• Leadership Skills for Managers

• Implementing Change: A Leader’s Roadmap

The program must be completed within one (1) year of initial registration. Extensions will be considered; requests for extension must be submitted in writing to chinookconted@cbe.ab.ca.
