This course and its contents will be based on the MHS Model of EQ (derived from the Bar-On Model of EQ), as measured by the EQi 2.0^® assessment. Participants will receive an EQi 2.0 assessment and debrief before the course starts. This will enhance your understanding of the EI competencies and provide a more individualized approach to your level of EI.
